ICF is seeking a Senior Manager, Facilities Operations & Controls to provide leadership, oversight, and governance across the company’s facilities and real estate portfolio. This role is responsible for ensuring the effective day-to-day operation of Facilities, consistent execution of operational standards, vendor performance, and disciplined management of operating and capital initiatives. The position partners closely with Facilities, Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Procurement, IT, Security, and business stakeholders to ensure Facilities operations are reliable, compliant, cost-effective, and scalable. While financial stewardship is an important component of the role, the focus is on operational execution, governance, and continuous improvement across Facilities activities. This role supervises a team of 2+ staff, providing direction, prioritization, and professional development support. This is a hybrid role based in our global headquarters in Reston, VA.
