The Construction and Facilities team at our company delivers the factories, labs, offices, and manufacturing spaces that enable our teams to design, build, and deploy technology. Our work ranges from high-performance manufacturing facilities and specialized production environments to collaborative workspaces that support engineering and operations teams. As part of the Construction and Facilities team, you will help build and maintain the physical spaces and infrastructure that enable innovation and production to move at speed. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, operations, security, EHS, and IT to ensure every facility supports safe, efficient, and scalable operations. We are looking for a Senior Manager, Facilities & Construction to join our growing team in Dallas / Ft. Worth Metro Area , TX.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in facilities & construction management
  • Strong background in commercial / manufacturing facilities.
  • Proven history of team leadership resulting in successful execution
  • Excellent leadership skills, with a proven track record of delivering in high pressure, fast paced environments.
  • In-depth knowledge of best practices for commercial construction / facilities management
  • Competency in managing contracts, project schedules, construction documentation, and permitting processes.
  • Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Local to or willingness to relocate to Dallas/ Ft. Worth metro area.
  • Willingness to work, in person, locally 5 days per week.
  • Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export-controlled information or facilities

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of industrial facilities including office, manufacturing, production, and test environments.
  • Maintain and oversee building systems including HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, compressed air, fire suppression, and emergency power.
  • Lead and develop the Facilities team, including the Facilities Specialist, and provide leadership oversight to the Construction Project Manager.
  • Build a high-performing team focused on reliability, responsiveness, and operational excellence.
  • Coordinate external vendors, contractors, and service providers.
  • Lead planning and execution of facility construction, expansions, retrofits, and capital improvement projects.
  • Oversee project delivery from early planning to completion.
  • Provide leadership and oversight to the Construction Project Manager responsible for major facility buildouts.
  • Scope mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) infrastructure to support evolving operational needs.
  • Partner with engineering and manufacturing teams to support equipment installations, relocations, and facility layout changes.
  • Ensure facility infrastructure supports scalability.
  • Ensure facility reliability, uptime, and rapid response to infrastructure issues.
  • Establish and maintain facilities SOPs, documentation, and operational standards.
  • Partner closely with Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) to ensure facilities meet safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and infrastructure standards.
  • Work closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations, IT, Security, and Workplace teams to support operational needs.
  • Communicate infrastructure needs, project updates, and facility improvements to senior leadership.
