The Senior Manager, Experience Strategy & Web Performance is the designated owner of institutional web channel(s), accountable for end-to-end website experience, performance and business outcomes. This role owns user experience (UX), website conversion and strategic enhancements, with direct responsibility for delivering against channel KPIs and ongoing optimization. This leader manages UX and CRO capabilities within their team and operates in a highly matrixed environment, partnering closely with Web Managers, Analytics, Technology, Marketing and Search leadership. While execution is delivered through partner teams, this role owns experience direction, governance and performance outcomes for their channels.
