The ideal Senior Manager, Enterprise Strategy & Growth leads high-impact projects that support the Executive Team and operational leaders across the enterprise, while also managing and developing a team of high-performing strategists. This role is both strategic and people-focused—balancing enterprise-wide influence with responsibility for building talent, driving engagement, and delivering results. Across the team, the common thread is helping Nordstrom achieve its long-term growth ambition. Team Focus Areas: Enterprise Strategy: “core” strategy that includes long-term planning, identifying major growth vectors, and translating strategy into a multi-year delivery roadmap in partnership with business owners Business Development: identify external opportunities to contribute to long-term ambition, such as partnerships and investments Market & Competitive Intelligence: measure, understand, and educate the enterprise on market trends, market share capture opportunities, and changes in the competitive landscape Enterprise Activation: also known as “office of the CEO,” provide support to the CEO and delegates on special projects
