About The Position

The Senior Manager, Enterprise Strategy Delivery helps lead the orchestration and acceleration of Best Buy’s most critical strategic priorities, bringing concepts to reality through structured delivery plans, disciplined risk management, and executive-ready communication. This person creates clarity in ambiguity, aligns cross-functional stakeholders and partners, and ensures outcomes are achieved at pace by translating enterprise strategy into scalable programs, governing progress, and resolving and/or elevating decisions when needed. This person will provide thought leadership to define program objectives, tactics, and success measures. You will engage, inspire, and coach cross-functional team members through execution phases and partner closely with business leaders to make strong, informed, and timely decisions and resolve cross-program interdependencies and resource gaps. This role is hybrid, which means you will be required to work on site Monday through Thursday at the Best Buy corporate office in Richfield, Minnesota. You can work virtually from home or another non Best Buy location on Friday. The recruiter or hiring manager will provide more details during the hiring process.

Requirements

  • 5 or more years of experience working in large corporate organizations
  • 3 or more years of experience implementing transformational strategies
  • 3 or more years of experience collaborating with and influencing stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills, including written, oral, and presentation
  • Ability to drive progress and outcomes under ambiguous circumstances
  • Critical thinking and business acumen skills
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office programs
