About The Position

Podium is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the team responsible for helping strategic automotive customers deploy AI, transform how their teams work, and deliver measurable outcomes across sales and service. The role works directly with dealer group executives and dealership leaders to identify opportunities, develop AI adoption roadmaps, and translate those roadmaps into operational change across multiple locations. It combines executive advisory work, people leadership, and accountability for customer retention and growth. The successful candidate will structure ambiguous business problems, build trust with senior leaders, and remain closely involved in execution. Relevant backgrounds may include management consulting, technology transformation, enterprise solutions, professional services, or customer success. The role includes travel 15% to 20% of the time for customer engagements, onsite working sessions, and executive meetings.

Requirements

  • Experience leading enterprise client engagements in management consulting, technology transformation, enterprise solutions, professional services, or customer success.
  • Track record of managing and developing high-performing teams with clear accountability for customer or business results.
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills, including the ability to lead working sessions, challenge assumptions constructively, and make clear recommendations to senior decision makers.
  • Strong analytical and commercial judgment, including the ability to build business cases, assess ROI, and connect product adoption to operational performance, retention, and growth.
  • Practical understanding of AI capabilities and limitations, with experience applying AI to business workflows.
  • Ability to translate between business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Experience delivering complex programs across multiple stakeholders or locations, including the process changes and employee adoption needed to sustain results.
  • Interest in automotive and willingness to learn dealership operations in depth.
  • Ownership and sound judgment in a fast-moving environment, with the ability to move from strategic recommendations to detailed execution and help the team do the same.
