About The Position

NVIDIA is hiring a Senior Solutions Architect to lead technical engagement with partners, OEMs, and customers on NVIDIA AI Factory solutions, with a focus on on-premises enterprise deployments. The role connects customer workloads with NVIDIA’s hardware and software ecosystem, helping developers and enterprises adopt and scale NVIDIA platforms. The architect serves as a trusted technical advisor, provides hands-on guidance, and helps customers and partners address complex challenges and achieve measurable outcomes.

The role includes co-designing scalable architectures, setting technical direction and deployment plans, and supporting integrations. It also involves translating customer and partner needs into product and engineering insights, enabling platform adoption, collaborating across engineering and product teams, and sharing expertise about NVIDIA platforms. Solutions must be tailored to specific on-premises environments and workloads while balancing risk, performance, and supportability. The role is open to remote work locations, with occasional travel for local customer visits and industry events.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree, or equivalent experience, in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of professional experience across areas such as software or hardware engineering, developer relations, technical partnerships, solutions architecture, or product management.
• 3–5+ years of direct, hands-on experience with compute, networking, and storage hardware and software platforms.
• Deep expertise in system management software, operating systems, system firmware, and hardware infrastructure deployed at scale.
• A track record of driving product integrations and contributing to software and hardware platforms, systems, and libraries.
• Ability to communicate complex technical ideas clearly to technical and non-technical audiences, from engineers to C-level executives.
• Strong problem-solving skills, intellectual curiosity, and commitment to customer success.
• Ability to balance empathy for partner and customer needs with driving complex product decisions through trusted relationships.
• Hands-on experience deploying, using, and operating on-premises AI-focused solutions, including system architectures, rack-scale firmware, cluster management software, workload management software, and associated hardware.

• Technical vision that influences product and engineering decisions and drives production outcomes.
• Real-world experience with cluster management tools such as NVIDIA Base Command Manager or MaaS.
• Experience with workload orchestration software such as Slurm or Kubernetes.
• Practical knowledge of system and rack-scale hardware, including BMCs, PCIe communication, and network topologies, and how these components interact.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding complex or large-scale customer workloads and mapping them to NVIDIA technology to achieve measurable outcomes.
• Co-design scalable architectures with NVIDIA integration partners, select OEMs, and key end customers; define technical direction, integration milestones, and deployment plans.
• Design, validate, and support solutions through hands-on technical engagement.
• Identify gaps between customer and partner needs and NVIDIA offerings, and communicate insights that inform product and engineering priorities.
• Lead technical engagements, troubleshoot complex issues, and advocate for customers’ technical needs.
• Drive technical enablement and adoption by helping developers and enterprises integrate NVIDIA SDKs, frameworks, and systems.
• Partner with engineering and product teams to support successful deployments and continuous improvement of NVIDIA solutions.
• Build and share knowledge and infrastructure insights about NVIDIA platforms.
• Tailor on-premises solutions to specific environments and workloads while balancing risk, performance, and supportability.
