Position Summary This position is responsible for managing an engineering function in accordance with company policies, priorities, and budget constraints set forth by senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 7-10 years’ relevant experience required
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s Degree preferred
  • Experience leading capital projects, infrastructure initiatives, and cross-functional engineering programs preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Plans engineering programs, reviews design and method recommendations, and ensures that engineering activities align with organizational strategy and objectives
  • Collaborates and coordinates with business unit operating/technical teams to provide engineering services and project management support
  • Implements effective engineering methods, provides technical guidance, and acts as a resource to engineers
  • Ensures components, materials, and tools are used to capacity
  • Coordinates and manages relationships with external vendors and service providers
