As the Senior Manager of Engineering Recruiting, you’ll lead a high-performing team of technical recruiters responsible for full-cycle hiring across all engineering roles. This is a strategic, high-impact leadership position where you’ll partner closely with engineering leadership to shape talent strategy, build strong pipelines, and deliver exceptional hiring outcomes that directly support Vanta’s product roadmap and growth. We’re looking for a recruiting leader who knows that building great engineering teams requires a thoughtful blend of proactive sourcing, rigorous assessment, and an outstanding candidate experience. You’ll bring both strategic vision and operational discipline - setting a high bar for quality, coaching your team through complex hiring challenges, and developing scalable processes to support Vanta’s continued expansion. In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to engineering leaders, using data and market insights to guide hiring decisions, influence team composition, and drive continuous improvement across the recruiting function.
