  • Lead multi‑value‑stream initiatives to scale operations in alignment with forecasted demand, product mix, and domestic‑content growth plans.
  • Ensure engineering managers and teams deliver against KPIs for labor efficiency, throughput, scrap, rework, OTD, and cost per unit.
  • Standardize manufacturing processes, documentation, and change‑control practices across lines, shifts, and product families; ensure consistency with enterprise standards established by the Director.
  • Govern PFMEAs, control plans, validation protocols, and associated documentation of quality across all assigned areas.
  • Sponsor and lead major automation and capital programs, including ROI analysis, risk mitigation, vendor management, and FAT/SAT acceptance.
  • Drive layout optimization, equipment strategy alignment, and technology deployment for scalable high‑volume harness, enclosure, and eBOS assembly processes.
  • Enable MES, traceability, and data‑analytics enhancements that feed predictive quality and productivity systems.
  • Lead site‑level readiness for new product introduction (NPI) in partnership with Product Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Quality, ensuring seamless transition from prototype to full‑rate production.
  • Ensure robust handoff of DFM/DFA feedback, pilot‑build learnings, and industrialization tools (PFMEA, validation plans, work instructions).
  • Ensure all processes meet applicable regulatory and manufacturing standards (UL, UL508A, NEC/IEC).
  • Maintain rigorous testing, traceability, and documentation controls consistent with Director‑level expectations.
  • Develop leadership bench strength: coach engineering managers, build succession plans, and drive talent mobility across value streams.
  • Partner with Maintenance & Facilities to drive reliability engineering, equipment lifecycle planning, and infrastructure upgrades that support growth.
  • Represent Manufacturing Engineering in cross‑site governance forums, contributing insights and escalations to the Director of Manufacturing Engineering.
