The Senior Manager, End-to-End (E2E) Planning is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing and optimizing the complete supply chain across demand planning, supply planning, procurement, manufacturing, and distribution. This role ensures alignment between commercial objectives and operational execution through ownership of the Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) process, driving service excellence, cost efficiency, and working capital optimization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related field required.
  • 10+ years of progressive supply chain experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
  • Extensive experience in SIOP/IBP, demand planning, supply planning, and inventory management.
  • Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and influencing executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning) process, including governance, cadence, and executive alignment.
  • Integrate demand, supply, capacity, and financial plans to deliver a balanced and executable operating plan.
  • Oversee demand planning, improving forecast accuracy and reducing bias using data-driven insights.
  • Direct supply and production planning across manufacturing sites, ensuring capacity constraints and material availability are aligned with demand.
  • Optimize inventory across raw materials, work-in-process (WIP), and finished goods to balance service, cost, and working capital.
  • Collaborate with procurement to ensure material availability and supplier alignment with production requirements.
  • Partner with manufacturing leadership to ensure feasible production schedules and high plan adherence.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as OTIF, forecast accuracy, inventory turns, and plan attainment.
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives including advanced planning systems (APS) and analytics tools.
  • Lead and develop high-performing planning teams.
