As the Senior Manager, Employee Communications, you will lead the planning and delivery of internal communications that enable employees to feel informed, connected, and engaged in Central 1’s strategy, culture, and purpose. You will play a critical role in shaping and delivering a clear, consistent, and compelling employee experience -- ensuring our people understand where we’re headed, why it matters, and how they contribute. Working in close partnership with Marketing, People & Culture, and business leaders across the organization, you will lead the development of internal communication strategies, channels, and content that bring our culture blueprint and strategic narrative to life. This role includes leadership of a small team and requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
