The Employee Communications Consultant is accountable for driving and delivering engaging and effective internal communications strategies and solutions for our customer-facing stakeholders. Reporting to the Manager, Employee Communications & Design, you will play a key role providing strategic communications counsel, and developing and implementing communication plans and strategies to support business objectives. Key stakeholder groups may vary, but will initially include Marketing, Customer Experience and Operations teams. In this role, you will also support the Manager, Employee Communications & Design in delivering communications for Sales & Distribution.
