Seeking a dedicated, collaborative, creative, and data-driven marketer to lead one of our key revenue channels. This role will own the end-to-end email marketing strategy and execution for our luxury travel company, driving customer engagement, lead generation, and revenue through highly personalized, high-performing email campaigns. The ideal candidate is equal parts marketer, storyteller, strategist, and analyst. They will oversee the full email lifecycle, from building the campaign calendar and identifying the most compelling content opportunities to audience segmentation, campaign execution, performance optimization, and executive reporting. They understand how to tell compelling brand stories while maintaining a sharp focus on performance and revenue outcomes. They thrive in fast-paced environments, communicate effectively across teams, and are energized by testing, learning, and continuously improving results to build business and grow customer relationships. This leader will partner cross-functionally with Creative, Product, Sales and Service Excellence, Business Intelligence, CRM, and IT teams to ensure every email reflects our brand standards, delivers measurable business impact, and creates a seamless customer journey.
