ABOUT THE JOB Electrical design for MCU, FPGA platforms, including board design, layout, schematic review, and capability for performing DFM/DFT. Strong debug capability with MCU Peripheral Interfaces (I2C / SPI / UART / CAN, etc). You will dive deep into complex electrical and electro-mechanical failures, applying a rigorous, data-driven approach to diagnose issues, identifying their fundamental causes, and drive lasting solutions. Your work will directly impact on the reliability, safety, and operational success of our deployed autonomous systems. This Senior Electrical Engineering Manager role is a critical leadership position. You will direct the technical design, development, and team strategy for electrical systems across multiple projects. This includes managing project timelines, budgets, and a team of engineers to ensure top-tier product delivery.
