The Risk Products & Data Strategy (RPDS) group is part of the Credit and Fraud Risk organization. RPDS defines and drives the transformation and modernization of risk management capabilities across the company’s technology platforms. The Senior Manager of Product Management is responsible for leading the Product Management function within the larger Global Risk Products & Data Strategy (RPDS) team. This is a stakeholder facing role that partners with Credit Risk as well as Product and Marketing teams to define the long-term vision and roadmap to deliver best in class, next generation underwriting capabilities for Risk Decisions, support the annual planning as well as prioritization process for Program Increments, groom requirements with stakeholders and product teams across risk and enterprise agile release trains, track progress and provide transparency. The Senior Manager will lead the implementation of innovative credit and fraud risk initiatives within the scaled agile framework. They use technical and strategic business knowledge to work with cross-functional teams in various domains across the company.

Responsibilities

  • Leading the Product Management function within the larger Global Risk Products & Data Strategy (RPDS) team.

  • Supporting the annual planning as well as prioritization process for Program Increments.
