REYNOLDS AMERICAN has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Manager Digital Marketing Implementation in Winston-Salem, NC. The Senior Manager – Marketing Integration plays a key role in the development, implementation, and integration of a digital marketing strategy that aligns with our business development objectives. In this role, you'll build and optimize data-driven marketing strategies across SEO, CRM, email marketing, content marketing, paid media, and emerging digital platforms. With a strong understanding of quick commerce and digital market dynamics, the Senior Manager ensures marketing strategies are commercially competitive, scalable, and aligned with broader business objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of Digital Marketing, Digital Commerce, and the proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally in an organization. Key accountabilities include oversight of a focused digital marketing strategy, search engine optimization (SEO), and integration planning for business development related projects.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, eCommerce, CRM, or a related discipline with a track record of success in developing and implementing strategic plans.
Demonstrated expertise in SEO, CRM platforms, email marketing automation, analytics, and digital campaign management.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage competing priorities.
Self-starter who works well independently & collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team.
Must be able to navigate a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
Innate curiosity to drive innovation and transformation.
Problem solver with strong interpersonal skills; natural ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders at various levels within an organization.

Nice To Haves

Experience in consumer-packaged goods, especially tobacco, and/or other regulated industries.
Experience with Quick Commerce Delivery platforms

Responsibilities

Plan, launch, and optimize integrated campaigns across web, search, social, email, and other digital channels
Lead SEO initiatives to increase organic traffic, visibility, and conversion performance
Manage CRM and customer lifecycle campaigns, including email automation, segmentation, and personalization.
Lead integration workstreams involving internal and external stakeholders
Develop reporting frameworks and KPIs that clearly demonstrate marketing effectiveness and business impact
Partner with internal stakeholders, including TMD, FTM, Business Development, IDT, Marketing, LEX, and Finance teams to ensure alignment of strategies with overall business objectives in relation to Business Development projects.
