With a solid understanding of technology and prior experience working alongside development teams, this person will be able to navigate the intricacies of the development process and advocate effectively for appropriate timelines, resources, and expectations. Acting as a key liaison, they will represent the development team across the organization, building cross-functional relationships, improving communication and processes, and fostering alignment. Ultimately, this individual will serve as the “face” of the development function, driving collaboration and ensuring that digital efforts are both strategic and impactful.
