This role demands a balance of art and science: a strong understanding of brand direction and aesthetic, a keen sense of the competitive landscape and fashion trends, and the analytical rigor to translate financial goals, customer insights, product priorities, and digital performance into actions that drive sales, conversion, profitability, and customer engagement. A passionate advocate for the customer, this person makes decisions by synthesizing multiple inputs — financial performance, web analytics, customer data, and voice of the customer — to continuously improve the digital shopping experience. They will partner closely with Merchandising, Planning, Marketing, Creative, Product Management, UX, Technology, Web Analytics, Operations, and CRM to optimize the business and deliver a compelling, brand-right customer experience. The Senior Manager will serve as a key ecommerce voice within the broader organization, driving a culture of accountability, customer-centricity, and continuous improvement.
