Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience in client success, account management, or a related role within a professional services environment
  • Strong understanding of Azure services and the ability to oversee the design of scalable, secure, and high-performance applications
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor a team, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and nurture strong client relationships, understand client needs, and advocate for clients internally
  • Ability to develop account plans, identify opportunities for process improvements, and provide strategic guidance to clients
  • Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on client needs and strategies

  • An advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Guide a team of architects and project managers, providing support and professional development opportunities
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact for key accounts
  • Oversee the design of scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using Azure services
  • Develop account plans for key clients, outlining objectives, strategies, and action plans to achieve client success and maximize retention
  • Advocate for clients internally, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed effectively by cross-functional teams such as sales, operations, and support
  • Monitor client satisfaction levels through regular feedback surveys, reviews, and meetings.
  • Provide strategic guidance and consulting to clients, leveraging industry expertise and best practices to help them achieve their business objectives
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, innovation, and optimization
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as sales, marketing, operations, and product development to ensure alignment on client needs, priorities, and strategies
