About The Position

Royal Caribbean Group’s Decarbonization Team has an exciting career opportunity for a full-time Senior Manager, Decarbonization This position will work onsite in Miami, Florida. The Senior Manager, Decarbonization is a key execution leader responsible for owning defined decarbonization workstreams and converting the enterprise decarbonization roadmap into measurable outcomes across fleet operations and the newbuild pipeline. The role supports disciplined governance, value tracking, and decision support, working as a day-to-day integrator across Marine Operations, Newbuilding, Supply Chain, Finance, and other partners to ensure decarbonization initiatives are delivered with rigor and pace.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
10-12 years of relevant experience, including demonstrated ownership of cross-functional programs/projects and (ideally) initial people leadership or team mentorship
Demonstrated experience managing complex programs/projects end-to-end with cross-functional stakeholders (program management, delivery planning, cadence, and status reporting).
Experience working with decarbonization and climate policy/regulation topics (maritime context preferred, or strong ability to ramp quickly).
Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills; ability to deliver high-quality structured options and steering for decisions.
Strong stakeholder management skills; ability to resolve conflicts, influence without authority, and ensure cross-functional alignment.
Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills; ability to produce executive-ready materials.
Travel flexibility as required.
