About the Role Senior Manager, Insights & Analytics (Operations) – This leader drives data-driven strategy and execution for the Operations function in a consumer packaged goods (CPG) company. The role blends strategic insight with hands-on analytics to optimize performance across supply chain & manufacturing, order-to-cash, and demand planning & forecasting. In a player-coach capacity, the Senior Manager leads a small team (2 analysts) while personally delivering key analyses and recommendations to guide operational decision-making.
