About The Position

This role involves leading and managing the construction of data centers for colocation providers. The primary goal is to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, with a specific focus on base building and MEP infrastructure. The position requires analyzing projects to evaluate risks, identifying and mitigating gaps, and communicating potential impacts to the business. Close collaboration throughout design, construction, and commissioning is essential to integrate tenant fit-out projects with base building projects. The role also includes implementing quality control processes, ensuring compliance with design specifications and industry standards, and serving as the main point of contact with colocation providers. Continuous evaluation of colocation providers for improvement is expected. Regular site visits will be conducted to monitor schedule, coordination, and quality. The role includes managing direct reports, providing coaching, and leadership for growth. The position may require working at various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. with up to 50% travel. Telecommuting is possible, and no relocation is required.
