About The Position
The Senior Manager, Data Center Construction Integration & Handover oversees developers and their general contractors in delivering data center construction projects, with a focus on base building, MEP infrastructure, and high-density liquid cooling tenant fit outs. This role manages schedule, quality, budget, and risk, ensuring projects meet all design and compliance standards. The Senior Manager drives collaboration with internal OCI stakeholders and customers, leads the commissioning process, and ensures seamless turnover readiness to the operations team to support Oracle Cloud Infrastructure’s rapid growth and technical excellence.
Requirements
- Experience overseeing developers and general contractors in data center construction projects.
- Knowledge of base building, MEP infrastructure, and high-density liquid cooling tenant fit outs.
- Ability to manage schedule, quality, budget, and risk.
- Skills in ensuring projects meet design and compliance standards.
