American Express Global Commercial Services (GCS) is a leader in Commercial Payments Solutions and is experiencing significant growth. The Global Sales Enablement, Pricing & Transformation (SPT) team is crucial for maintaining this success by accelerating sales and driving profitable charge volume growth. This Manager position within SPT offers an opportunity to be part of a dynamic organization and contribute to GCS's growth strategy. The role reports to the director SPT, US SME Business Blueprint and supports three sub-teams within Business Blueprint. This position will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Incentive Governance to deliver strategic analyses, insights, sales performance tracking, and thought leadership for the Business Blueprint organization across various locations. The Senior Manager will lead special projects, daily operational efforts, and strategic initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring a balance between business growth and colleague experience. A key responsibility includes defining success metrics and ensuring key performance indicators are reportable for real-time business impact tracking.
