The Enterprise Acquisition Products and Platforms (EAPP) team operates with mission to create customer centric digital experiences and drive enterprise value powered by unified, integrated solutions and scale of expertise. A unique aspect of EAPP is the integration of diverse skills across all its remits. The Acquisition Analytics team within the broader Enterprise Digital Experimentation & Analytics (EDEA) team in EAPP supports optimization of our acquisition experiences (Shop, Member Get Member, Apply, Global Post-Approval, etc.) through insights and experimentation. The team specializes in using data driven insights and best experimentation practices around digital product usage to drive improvements in customer experience, to deliver higher satisfaction and business value. This Manager role will report to the Director of Acquisition Experiences and will be based in New York. The candidate will be responsible for spearheading the US Consumer Acquisition Analytics, driving optimized experiences across our core acquisition journey domains.
