For further information visit: homewardtrust.ca The Manager, Data & Analytics is responsible for supporting the data, analytics, reporting, evaluation, and information management functions. Reporting to the senior leader responsible for planning, community impact, analytics, and organizational performance (or designate), the Manager leads a team of technical professionals responsible for maintaining data systems, delivering performance reporting, supporting evaluation activities, and generating system-level intelligence to support decision-making. The Manager is responsible for ensuring the day-to-day effectiveness, compliance, and reliability of data operations while also translating information into actionable insights that support organizational strategy, community planning, forecasting, investment recommendations, and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will be capable of supporting operational leadership, maintaining compliance with privacy and information management requirements, strengthening reporting and performance measurement functions, and supporting the organization and community understand trends, future demand, opportunities and emerging risks in the sector.
