About The Position

We’re looking for a hands-on leader who can build + lead: deep architecture chops, strong data modeling instincts, and the appetite to modernize legacy systems into AI-ready data products. You’ll: Lead and mentor a high-performing teams Drive complex analytical + AI use cases Migrate legacy platforms and ship modern pipelines Stay close to the tech — architecture, code, models, the real work You must be AI-native and comfortable “vibe-coding” data models and pipelines with modern AI coding tools—it’s core to how we work. Experience with AWS-based data stacks is highly valued, including Redshift, Snowflake, and/or Databricks. If you’ve built or operated at scale on any of these, we want to talk.
