About The Position

As a Senior Manager in RGP’s Digital & Technology Practice, you will lead complex technology transformation initiatives and shape client success in an evolving digital landscape. You will oversee client programs and teams, advise on technology strategy and operating models, expand senior-level client relationships, and support the growth of the practice. The work includes cloud migration, technology rationalization, data platform modernization, and advanced analytics and AI enablement. You will also develop thought leadership and methodologies, mentor team members, and partner with practice leadership on innovation, internal capability building, business development, and talent acquisition. The role is fully remote and may require travel as client needs require. The base pay range is $152,000–$190,000, with incentive compensation.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required.
8+ years in consulting and/or senior roles within financial services or technology-enabled environments.
Experience in technology strategy and digital transformation, IT operations, cloud and data platform modernization, and advanced analytics and AI enablement.
Proven track record of leading complex, multi-workstream engagements and delivering client impact across geographies.
Ability to engage senior executives and explain technology concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Deep understanding of financial services technology domains such as capital markets, commercial and retail banking, and payments.
Strong leadership skills, including experience managing large, distributed teams and fostering collaboration and innovation.
Ability to travel as client needs require.

Responsibilities

Lead client delivery teams to ensure high-quality execution of technology transformation programs that deliver measurable business outcomes.
Advise on IT strategy and operating models, shaping modernization roadmaps across infrastructure, applications, and digital platforms.
Drive and expand senior-level client relationships; serve as a key contact for Data, Analytics & AI initiatives and partner with account teams to grow the practice.
Oversee major programs, including cloud migration, technology rationalization, and advanced analytics enablement.
Develop thought leadership and methodologies that position RGP as a leader in digital transformation and technology advisory.
Mentor and inspire team members, fostering collaboration, inclusion, and continuous learning within the consulting team.
Partner with practice leadership to innovate, build internal capability, and support strategic growth initiatives, including business development and talent acquisition.
