About The Position

RGP is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to join its Data, Analytics, & AI Practice. The role combines client relationship management, delivery oversight, and practice growth. The Senior Manager oversees complex technology engagements for enterprise clients and leads consulting teams to deliver results in fast-paced environments. The role serves as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, shaping technology strategies and driving execution on clients’ business and technology challenges. The position includes responsibility for client relationships and business development, delivery of data and AI transformations, and strategic oversight of modern data platforms and enterprise AI solutions. It also leads complex programs and develops consulting talent while promoting collaboration, inclusion, and continuous learning. Ability to travel as client needs require.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required.
At least 8 years of consulting and/or senior-level experience in financial services or technology-enabled business environments.
Expertise in technology strategy, AI, digital transformation, IT operations, cloud and data platforms, and related disciplines.
Demonstrated track record managing complex, multi-workstream engagements and delivering client impact.
Proven ability to influence senior executives and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
Excellent leadership skills, including managing large, distributed teams and fostering engagement across geographies.
Ability to travel as client needs require.

Responsibilities

Own and expand senior-level client relationships; act as a primary contact for Data, Analytics, & AI initiatives and partner with account teams to drive growth.
Lead client delivery teams and ensure high-quality execution of complex technology transformation engagements.
Develop data and AI strategies, roadmaps, business cases, and operating models aligned with measurable client outcomes.
Lead executive conversations, shape opportunities, develop proposals, and position Data and AI offerings in the market.
Provide strategic oversight of modern data platforms, including Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake, lakehouse architecture, analytics, and governance.
Guide enterprise AI solutions involving RAG, agentic workflows, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Bedrock, and model integration.
Establish expectations for responsible AI, information security, data governance, risk management, and production readiness.
Lead complex programs and develop managers, architects, engineers, and consultants while maintaining quality and performance.
Mentor and inspire consulting teams, promoting collaboration, inclusion, and continuous learning.
Partner with leadership to grow the Digital & Technology Practice through innovation, business development support, and recruiting.
