Supports the business/group leader in the effective implementation, maintenance and administration of first line of defense (1st LOD) client tax programs (e.g., FATCA/CRS, Tax Slips, etc.), including overseeing business operations within P&BB Canada to ensure adherence and efficiency. Contributes to a strong risk management culture through collaboration with other first line employees, and second & third line functions to ensure regulatory requirements around client tax reporting to the CRA and related recordkeeping are met. Fosters a culture aligned to BMO purpose, values and strategy and role models BMO values and behaviours in all that they do.
