Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, or 5+ years of progressive contact center management experience
- Proven success leading call center or customer service operations, ideally within the rental car or travel industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor, motivate, develop, and manage diverse teams effectively
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills
- Strong understanding of workforce management principles, contact center metrics, and data-driven performance optimization
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily call center operations, ensuring optimal staffing, workflow efficiency, and service quality
- Recruit, train, develop, and lead a high-performing team focused on delivering premium customer service
- Partner with domestic and international teams to resolve complex customer issues effectively
- Manage escalated customer inquiries, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolutions
- Implement strategies to improve call center performance, response times, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction
- Maintain service excellence by aligning customer interactions with SIXT brand standards and continuous improvement initiatives
