About The Position

We are looking for a Senior Manager of Creative Design to shape, elevate, and drive the visual narrative of our entire digital ecosystem. Reporting to the Director of Digital Experience, you will be the creative engine that brings our digital strategy and roadmap to life. While the Director owns the overarching digital strategy, you will own the look, feel, and cohesive storytelling across all digital platforms (web, mobile, portals, and emerging digital touchpoints). You will partner with a talented team of designers to build an intuitive, engaging, and unified digital experience that captivates users and drives business growth.

Requirements

  • A robust portfolio showcasing a deep understanding of UX/UI principles, responsive web design, mobile applications, and complex digital ecosystems. (Enterprise or multi-platform experience is a huge plus).
  • Deep familiarity with modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Claude Code, Windsurf) and a strong understanding of how design translates to front-end code (HTML/CSS/JS concepts).
  • Proven track record of building, scaling, and maintaining comprehensive digital design systems.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills. You can articulate the why behind design decisions to cross-functional partners and executives alike.
  • 8+ years of experience in digital design, with at least 3+ years in a leadership or managerial role guiding creative teams.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Define the Digital Look & Feel: Establish, evolve, and enforce a cohesive visual identity and design system across our entire digital ecosystem, ensuring a seamless brand experience at every touchpoint.
  • Creative Execution & Leadership: Translate high-level digital strategies and roadmaps into stunning, user-centric design executions. Act as the primary guardian of digital design quality and brand consistency.
  • Leadership & Mentorship: Foster a culture of innovation and act as a thought leader in design thinking by championing a customer-centric mindset.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Content Strategists, and Marketing teams to ensure design excellence is integrated into the agile development lifecycle from concept to launch.
  • User-Centric Advocacy: Utilize data, user feedback, and usability testing to iterate on designs and advocate for the best possible user experience.
  • Agency & Vendor Management: Oversee external creative agencies and freelance talent when necessary, ensuring deliverables align with our internal standards and timelines.
