About The Position

Drips is seeking a Sr. Manager, Corporate IT to lead and grow its Corporate IT function. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for managing a team of IT professionals and overseeing corporate IT operations and internal technology services. The role involves managing identity, endpoints, corporate SaaS, ITSM, device lifecycle, vendors, documentation, and operational automation. The position acts as a liaison between IT, InfoSec, and the rest of the company, ensuring that security posture, compliance obligations, and IT governance scale with the business. The ideal candidate is comfortable with both strategic discussions and technical details, and will focus on maturing IT governance, managing vendor relationships, and driving automation to reduce manual support work. Success in this role means IT is a well-run, trusted function that scales with the business and measurably reduces manual support tasks through automation.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive IT experience.
  • 3+ years directly managing and developing an IT team (hiring, coaching, delegating, owning performance).
  • Hands-on depth across Microsoft 365, Entra ID and identity/access management, endpoint (MDM) and EDR tooling for Windows and iOS devices, and an ITSM/ticketing platform.
  • Direct experience building or maturing IT governance, security, and compliance programs in a regulated or high-growth SaaS environment.
  • Familiarity with frameworks such as ISO 27001, HITRUST, SOC 2, and HIPAA-adjacent requirements.
  • Demonstrated experience driving ticket deflection and AI-assisted IT automation with measurable results.
  • Strong cross-functional partnership skills.
  • Experience working with and supporting GenAI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, etc.
  • Experience managing vendors, software licensing, and an IT budget.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Sound judgment operating in an environment where priorities and risk shift quickly.

  • Experience in an established, mature corporate technology environment.

  • Experience in healthcare, insurance, financial services, or another highly regulated industry.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and grow a team of IT professionals, including hiring, coaching, setting priorities, and owning performance and development.
  • Champion a culture of exceptional customer service within the IT team.
  • Administer core IT stack including Microsoft 365, Entra ID, endpoint management (MDM), EDR, and ITSM/ticketing platforms.
  • Build and mature IT governance, including access controls, change management, provisioning/de-provisioning, and documentation.
  • Manage identity lifecycle, account provisioning/deprovisioning, and role-based access governance.
  • Lead device lifecycle strategy (procurement, imaging, deployment, recovery, retirement) and endpoint security.
  • Build IT capacity planning, documentation, and continuity practices.
  • Support InfoSec on security and compliance programs (ISO 27001, HITRUST, etc.) and assist with client security questionnaires and audits.
  • Partner with department and business leaders to translate goals into IT priorities.
  • Manage vendor relationships, software licensing, renewals, and the Corporate IT budget.
  • Represent IT in cross-functional planning for new tools, integrations, and company initiatives.
  • Own and drive ticket deflection and AI automation, including self-service, AI-assisted support, and workflow automation.
  • Report on IT operations metrics to leadership.
  • Own a regular Corporate IT operating cadence, including reviews and coordination meetings.
