The Senior Manager, Corporate FP&A is a finance leadership role responsible for translating company strategy, operational drivers, and business performance into accurate forecasts, investor-grade financial outputs, and clear Board and executive reporting. The role acts as a senior partner to the VP FP&A, CFO, Investor Relations, and executive leadership team, ensuring that financial information is consistent, defensible, decision-ready, and aligned with public-market expectations. This role combines technical forecasting discipline, executive-level financial storytelling, and strong governance over assumptions, KPIs, variance analysis, and forward-looking financial communications. In parallel with these responsibilities, this role carries lead accountability for corporate planning end to end: owning the annual operating plan, headcount and capital planning processes, and the implementation and ongoing administration of the company’s enterprise performance management (EPM) planning platform. The successful candidate will be a disciplined and credible finance leader who improves forecast quality, builds confidence in financial outputs, and enables the CFO and executive team to communicate performance, outlook, risks, and opportunities with clarity. Success will be measured by the quality and reliability of guidance support, the consistency of Board and investor-grade materials, and the ability to create a single, trusted financial narrative across internal and external stakeholders.
