About The Position

This role involves overseeing property operations and customer services for prestigious developments within the Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation (HKSTP) portfolio. The Senior Manager will drive operational excellence, smart facilities management, safety, and crisis management programs. They will also provide strategic leadership and project management for innovation initiatives, digital transformation, new developments, and renovations. Key responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, monitoring KPIs, managing budgets and procurement, and fostering strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders to enhance customer experience and community trust. The role also encompasses leading sustainability initiatives, event management, and property technology innovations to improve community vibrancy and portfolio value.

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Facilities and Property Management or any other related disciplines
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience with Grade-A commercial or large-scale complexes preferred
  • At least 8 years in a supervisory or managerial role
  • Sensitive to new trend of facilities management model, Smart facilities and PropTech with ability to identify opportunities, drive and implement changes
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, consultants and contractors to deliver projects on time and in a cost-effective manner
  • High proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
  • Strong business and proposal writing skills preferred

Nice To Haves

  • Holder of professional qualification or eligible to hold the Property Management Practitioner (Tier 1) Licence is highly preferred
  • Higher education or professional qualifications with less experience will also be considered

Responsibilities

  • Oversee property operations and customer services for office buildings, commercial facilities, co-living accommodation, and community spaces.
  • Drive operational excellence, smart facilities management initiatives, safety and crisis management programmes, and continuous improvements.
  • Provide strategic leadership and expert project management for smart innovation initiatives, digital transformation, new development projects, renovation works, and enhancement projects.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration among project, technical, IT, and operational teams.
  • Monitor departmental KPIs and performance targets.
  • Oversee budgets, contracts, procurement activities, and contractor performance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants, customers, and key stakeholders.
  • Oversee service delivery and ensure enquiries, feedback, and complaints are managed professionally and effectively.
  • Manage contractor operations, quality assurance, policy and procedure development, sustainability initiatives, emergency preparedness, risk management, and health and safety compliance.
  • Lead and develop teams to achieve operational objectives.
  • Initiate and lead community events, engagement programmes, sustainability initiatives, and property technology innovations.
  • Perform any other duties and special assignments as directed by management.
