About The Position

This role is based at our corporate office in Memphis, TN. This is your chance to be part of a Finance Team that is a critical partner that manages activities related to financial performance, accounting, tax, forecasting, risk management, and asset management. As a Sr Manager, Corp OTC, reporting to Director, Corp OTC, you will focus on leading strategic, project-based initiatives within Hilton's OTC function.

Requirements

  • Three (3) years of work experience in Accounting-based project role
  • You have a bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or experience in lieu thereof.

Nice To Haves

  • Strong knowledge of the Oracle PeopleSoft ERP system and significant experience of the hotel industry as it pertains to Accounting and Finance.
  • Five (5) years of accounting or financial reporting experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead critical OTC projects from planning through completion.
  • Coordinate teams to deliver project outcomes.
  • Drive process improvements that support efficiency, accuracy, and standardization.
  • Lead OTC projects to improve processes, efficiency, and customer experience.
  • Manage project timelines, risks, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful delivery.
  • Deliver OTC process standardization initiatives.
  • Deliver strategic OTC transformation projects from planning through implementation.

  • The pay range for this role is $100,000 – $130,000 and is determined based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
  • Subject to plan terms and conditions, you will be eligible to participate in the Hilton Annual Incentive (Bonus) Plan, consistent with other team members at the same level and/or position within the Company.
