About The Position

This role involves overseeing the construction department, managing projects and budgets, and ensuring fulfillment of franchise agreements. The Senior Manager, Construction will also interact with city and county personnel, collaborate with engineering on build designs, and manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. Key responsibilities include quality assurance, adherence to safety programs, and management of plant locating and protection activities. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with quality assurance and safety programs.
• Strong planning, coordination, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to negotiate and initiate change orders
