The Senior Manager, Construction (Stations) is responsible for leading the strategy, planning, execution, and performance of the organization’s Stations construction and maintenance portfolio, including capital projects, reactive restoration, and customer connections. This role oversees end-to-end program delivery through a team of front-line managers across multiple locations, ensuring safe, on-time, and high-quality outcomes aligned with organizational goals. The position champions a strong safety culture, ensures compliance with all health and safety regulations, and drives continuous improvement in operational practices, productivity, and sustainability. The incumbent plays a key leadership role in developing talent, strengthening frontline leadership capability, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement while achieving business performance targets related to safety, customer service, financial results, and operational excellence. Additionally, the role collaborates with internal and external stakeholders, contributes to strategic initiatives, and leverages industry insights to enhance policies, practices, and overall stations operations performance. The incumbent is expected to behave ethically and follow the established code of business conduct, policies and internal control procedures, laws and regulations governing Toronto Hydro.
