The Senior Manager, Congress Strategy & Operations will report to the Director, Strategic Marketing & Operations, leading the successful end-to-end planning, management, coordination, and execution of Global and US Oncology and Hematology congresses. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional congress experiences for internal stakeholders and external customers while ensuring alignment with business objectives, compliance standards, and budget expectations. This individual will be a highly motivated, collaborative and innovative self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, builds strong cross-functional relationships, and brings a winning mindset to every initiative. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding communication and project management skills, along with strong operations and logistics management capabilities, advanced financial planning and budget management acumen, proven vendor management experience, and successful track record in planning and executing Global and US congresses within the pharmaceutical industry. While the role is primarily focused on day-to-day congress strategy and operations, the ideal candidate will also contribute insights and recommendations to improve efficiency, strengthen processes, deliver innovation and enhance the overall customer experience. Work arrangement: This role offers flexibility to work away from the office for 20%–40% of a typical schedule. Employees may use this work schedule in increments of single days or multiple consecutive days, provided it does not exceed 40% within a 60-day period, and is approved by the hiring manager.
