Position Summary As the Senior Manager, Compliance, You'll lead the day-to-day contract-compliance framework for the FEP account, with a primary emphasis on performance guarantees, required reporting, methodology governance, issue management, corrective actions, and escalation. You will convert contract requirements into practical controls and coordinate with business owners to support complete, accurate, timely, and auditable performance reporting.

Requirements

  • Strong written communication, meeting facilitation, issue documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, and related collaboration tools.
  • 7+ years of work experience within compliance, contracts, health care operations, finance, audit, risk management, or a related field.
  • Experience translating complex contract, policy, regulatory, or operational requirements into controls and accountable work processes.
  • Experience reviewing quantitative or operational performance results and supporting documentation.
  • Experience managing multiple recurring deliverables, owners, deadlines, dependencies, and escalations.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant professional experience in compliance, contracts, health care operations, finance, audit, risk management, or a related field.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with pharmacy benefit management, health plan, government program, FEP, Medicare Part D, or similarly regulated health care contracts.
  • Experience with performance guarantees, service-level agreements, contract remedies, or delegated-function oversight.
  • Professional certification in compliance, contracts, project management, risk, or a related discipline.
  • Experience building dashboards, control inventories, reporting calendars, or certification workflows.
