The Chillitas Community Manager will own the day-to-day voice of the brand across social. You’ll be in the comments, DMs, reposts, and trends—hyping our people up, educating new fans, and making sure Chillitas feels authentic to the culture that inspired it. This is not just a posting role; it’s about building community, protecting the vibe, and keeping us culturally sharp. Chillitas is an 8.1% fruit-forward malt beverage inspired by Mexican fruit carts – sweet, salty, sometimes spicy, and always bringing MÁS flavor, MÁS fun. Built by the team behind BeatBox, we’re looking for a bilingual (Spanish/English) Community Manager who is deeply tapped into culture, especially US Latino / Mexican-American communities, and who knows how to make a brand feel like that rooted, always-down-for-anything foodie friend in the group chat.
