Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Strategy, Project Management, or a related field.
- Significant experience in business transformation, process improvement, strategy, change management, or consulting.
- Proven experience delivering high-impact, cross-functional projects.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and mobilize stakeholders at various levels across the organization.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and executive communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a complex, fast-paced, and evolving environment.
- Professional proficiency in both French and English, written and spoken, to communicate effectively with stakeholders across the organization.
- Successful experience working in a matrixed and multicultural environment.

Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives
- Drive strategic projects focused on simplifying business processes, improving commercial performance, and supporting the evolution of Agropur’s fresh products distribution model.
- Act as a strategic partner to business leaders
- Work closely with leadership teams to identify improvement opportunities, define business priorities, and align transformation initiatives with the organization’s strategic objectives.
- Transform the way we work
- Analyze existing processes, challenge traditional approaches, and recommend innovative solutions that improve organizational efficiency and deliver sustainable value.
- Develop target-state visions and transformation roadmaps
- Assess various business scenarios, document organizational impacts, and design implementation plans that support successful outcomes.
- Influence without direct authority
- Mobilize cross-functional teams, engage stakeholders, and build alignment around high-visibility transformation initiatives.
- Play a key role in change management
- Design and implement change management strategies that drive lasting adoption of new ways of working.
- Advise senior leadership
- Present clear, structured recommendations to Vice Presidents and leadership committees to support decision-making on complex business challenges.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement
- Actively contribute to the evolution of an organization that values simplification, innovation, collaboration, and operational excellence.
