About The Position

The Senior Manager Commerce manages a team that includes managers, senior professionals, and support staff. The role executes strategies to achieve functional objectives and deliver desired results, develops departmental plans that prioritize business, network, and agency needs, and allocates resources in alignment with functional goals. It oversees resource management to optimize the use of time, skills, and budgets in meeting performance targets.

The position provides external clients with objective strategic advisory services to improve organizational performance and long-term competitiveness. It designs, implements, and delivers business performance and improvement programs, advising clients on strategy development, transformational change, organizational restructuring, and improving functional effectiveness. The role applies an understanding of client businesses, industries, regulatory environments, and markets to help client organizations navigate critical business changes and address complex issues.
