About The Position

Regeneron is seeking a Senior Manager to join its Clinical Sciences team and support Immune/Inflammatory clinical development programs. The role helps lead the design, execution, and interpretation of clinical studies, partnering closely with Medical Directors and cross-functional study teams to advance candidates through early- and/or late-phase development. The position is based in Tarrytown, NY; Cambridge, MA; or Warren, NJ, and is primarily on-site with hybrid flexibility.

Requirements

• MS, PhD, or PharmD in a related scientific field.
• At least 8 years of pharmaceutical clinical drug development experience; other levels may be considered based on experience.
• Knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, clinical trial design, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong medical writing skills and expertise in clinical research methodology.
• Demonstrated success working cross-functionally in a matrix organization.

• Experience in Immune/Inflammatory clinical trials.

Responsibilities

• Lead the scientific strategy for clinical studies from design through execution and reporting.
• Partner with Medical Directors and cross-functional teams to shape protocols, amendments, and study conduct.
• Build expertise in disease biology, compound mechanism of action, and the competitive treatment landscape.
• Author and review trial documents, including expanded synopses, monitoring plans, and study reports.
• Review clinical and medical data on an ongoing basis to safeguard patient safety.
• Identify risks to study integrity early and drive practical mitigation strategies.
• Represent Clinical Sciences on program teams, steering committees, and safety monitoring boards.
• Promote consistent, high-quality data review practices across assigned studies.
