We are expanding our Ohio clinical team and looking for a seasoned, licensed clinician who is equally energized by direct client care and operational excellence. The Senior Manager, Clinical & Quality Operations is a dynamic, blended clinical leadership role for a master's-prepared clinician who thrives at the intersection of direct care, supervision, and quality systems. This is both a clinical quality and clinician position — meaning you will carry your own caseload while also supporting quality, supervision, and operational functions across multiple behavioral health service lines. This role reports directly to the Chief Clinical Officer (CCO). Your time is structured across three equally weighted areas: BPS Assessments & 1-1 Individual Visits (Treatment Plan Updates) ~33%, Peer Recovery & TCM — Supervision, Quality & Client Experience ~33%, IOP — Group Facilitation & Individual Sessions ~33%.
