Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related discipline.
  • 15 years relevant experience
  • Active PMP or PgMP
  • Active SECRET Clearance
  • Must be located in the DC Metro Area and be prepared to be onsite as required.
  • The client is in a controlled goods program environment and must comply with the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), which mandates that all applicants be U.S. Persons.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the delivery of assigned client accounts, ensuring service levels are met or exceeded.
  • Work closely with Account Delivery Managers and Associates to ensure efficient account operations.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and goals and how DXC’s various offerings can address them.
  • Assist in budget management and cost control for the accounts.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define and track key performance metrics.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and assess how they impact account strategies.
  • Address and resolve account-related issues and escalate as necessary.
  • Provide regular status updates on account performance.
