Senior Manager, Channel Content Development leads a team of Channel Content Developers in creating high-quality, scalable learning solutions that support front-line teams across Client Experience Centers, Virtual Advice, and Retail Branch channels. Drives the design, development, and continuous improvement of content that builds capability, enhances service, and supports business priorities. Partners closely with Change Management, Intake, HR, Program Management, business teams, and subject matter experts to ensure alignment to enterprise standards and measurable outcomes. Oversees content governance within the programs, ensuring materials remain current, compliant with regulations and policies, and continuously evolving to meet business needs. This position will evaluate the effectiveness/ROI of development initiatives to ensure business requirements met, time to performance mastery is measurably reduced, programs efficiency is continually enhancing and program design evolves to align to industry best practices.
