About The Position

The Senior Manager of Change Management & Communications supports the OneHUB Transformation Lead in executing change management and employee communications programs across OneHUB, AbbVie’s centralized in-house customer service hub, with day-to-day responsibility for delivering structured change plans, stakeholder messaging, and engagement activities for frontline and business support teams. The role translates OneHUB initiatives into clear, actionable communications and change interventions, manages the content and operations of OneHUB’s digital communication channels, and tracks adoption and engagement metrics to inform continuous improvement. This role is instrumental during OneHUB standup and throughout the transition from Day 1 to the future state operating model.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or related field
  • 8 years of experience change management, organizational change, or enterprise communications required, equivalent successful industry experience may be considered
  • Experience contributing to or executing large-scale change programs in complex, multi-layered organizations
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Required proficiency with digital communication platforms

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the life sciences industry preferred
  • Experience with PROSCI, Six Sigma or similar methodologies preferred
  • Proficiency in survey development and design as well as visualization tools, e.g., PowerBI, Tableau preferred
  • Experience in Operational Excellence tools and concepts is advantageous
  • Experience implementing enterprise-wide change initiatives
  • Proficiency with project management tools preferred

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute end-to-end change management strategies supporting OneHUB initiatives
  • Support Transformation Lead in engaging broader OneHUB leadership team to identify and assess change impacts and readiness across teams
  • Identify and mitigate pain points during transformation, ensuring wide adoption of change.
  • Support Transformation Lead in promoting frontline and leadership adoption of new ways of working
  • Develop and deliver clear, consistent communications for OneHUB employees and stakeholders
  • Ensure messaging aligns with enterprise priorities and OneHUB strategy
  • Support leadership communications and change-related messaging
  • Lead engagement activities, pulse checks, and feedback mechanisms to monitor adoption
  • Partner with Strategy & Transformation and Operations teams to address change adoption gaps
  • Support cultural integration across teams joining OneHUB
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize the OneHUB intranet and digital communication channels (e.g., internal websites, collaboration tools)
  • Ensure digital sites are up-to-date, user-friendly, and support effective employee communication, change adoption, and information sharing
  • Collaborate with IT and digital teams on enhancements and troubleshooting
  • Oversee creation and management of content for OneHUB intranet, newsletters, digital sites, and internal campaigns
  • Ensure information is accurate, timely, and aligned with OneHUB culture and strategic objectives
  • Implement feedback mechanisms and analytics to measure communication effectiveness and employee engagement
  • Track, analyze, and report on change adoption, communication effectiveness, and engagement metrics
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives for communication and change management processes
