We are seeking a strategic and technically strong Senior Manager of Casino CRM Analytics to lead analytics and serve as the primary analytics partner for the Casino and Past Motor Racing CRM team. This is not just a reporting role. This is a high-impact leadership role within a growing Analytics organization. You will lead measurement and analytical capabilities for Casino CRM and contribute to broader talent development within the CRM Analytics team. You’ll partner closely with Casino CRM Marketing and Operations to ensure decisions are driven by rigorous analysis, sound experimentation, and forward-looking insights — not intuition alone. As a relatively new team, this function offers a rare opportunity to build from the ground up: enforcing standards, implementing modern tooling (including AI where it meaningfully drives value), and establishing a culture of analytical excellence.
